Real Estate Financial Planner™ Podcast FREE

Stories about real estate investors striving to achieve financial independence, reduce risk and optimize their real estate investing strategies.

Uses the Real Estate Financial Planner™ software to model how a wide range of  Characters choose to invest as they work toward achieving their own goals and overcome their  Fears.

Usually the  Characters have a baseline plan they’re considering and the podcast explores that baseline and variations to that baseline to see which is faster, less risky and more in line with their strengths.

Episodes tend to use fixed assumptions for things like rates of return, appreciation, rent appreciation, mortgage interest rates, and inflation. Variable assumptions using are covered in the REFP Advanced Podcast using Alternate Universe Modeling™ (our version of  Monte Carlo simulations).

While the Episodes are short story versions of what is going on, you can drill down and get unprecedented insight into how the  Scenarios compare. Check out this example from Episode 5.

REFP Inside the Numbers FREE

The REFP Inside the Numbers podcast takes the same episodes in the Real Estate Financial Planner™ Podcast but dives deep into how the  Scenario was setup in the Real Estate Financial Planner™ software.

This podcast goes “Inside the Numbers” and assumptions. It shows you how we set it up in the software so you can copy the  Scenario to your own account and change the assumptions.

Does a particular  Character have a similar situation to you except something is different… different property prices, rents, appreciation rates, rent appreciation rates, mortgage interest rates… or maybe you have more or less money to start, earn more or less in income… or maybe you have a few more or less properties already.

Why start modeling your own stuff from scratch when you can see exactly how we setup the  Scenario for a particular podcast episode and then tweak that one to better model your own situation.

With each Episode see the exact settings and assumptions for the  Scenarios on the “Copy” button like this example from Episode 5.
